G2 Consulting Group has named Ethan Talabo, P.E., manager of its recently acquired office in Flint. The office was formerly part of Construction Testing Services Co. (CTS), which G2 acquired in January 2026.

Talabo will lead a team of 15 in the Flint office, which specializes in geotechnical and construction materials testing projects. He will also oversee G2’s four geotechnical drill rigs and crews. His goal is to increase G2’s market presence and brand awareness throughout the Mid-Michigan and Great Lakes Bay regions.

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Talabo has distinguished himself at G2 through exceptional performance in project management, leadership and mentorship. He supports geotechnical investigations across a wide range of markets, while developing teams and strengthening G2’s capabilities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Wayne State University.
